This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on usdecorhome.shop.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase. If any information is incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@usdecorhome.shop so we can make necessary adjustments before shipment.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Carriers and Shipping Methods
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping options are as follows:
Standard Shipping: $5.00 for orders between $0.00 and $69.99
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70.00 or more

Taxes and Pricing
All product prices displayed on our website include applicable U.S. sales taxes. No additional taxes will be added at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time including processing and transit is 7 to 10 business days.
Typical transit time after shipment is 6 to 8 business days, although delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, high-volume seasons, or incorrect addresses. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You may use this number to monitor delivery progress through the carrier’s website.

Lost Packages
If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@usdecorhome.shop with your order number and tracking information.
If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. No return shipment is required for lost packages.

Damaged Goods Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will file the claim with the carrier on your behalf and provide a prepaid return label if a return is required. You may choose a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping fees. This process aligns with our Refund Policy to ensure consistency.

Undelivered Orders
If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@usdecorhome.shop. We will verify the status of your shipment directly with the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost, we will either reship the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

  • If the delivery attempt failed due to incorrect address information, absence at the delivery location, or inability to receive the parcel, we may offer a new delivery attempt. Additional shipping fees may apply, but only with your prior approval.

  • If the carrier marks the parcel as “Delivered” but you report that you did not receive it, we will open an official carrier investigation. A refund or replacement will be issued only after the carrier completes the investigation and confirms the non-delivery.
